Welcome to Dou-LOVE
DouLOVE: Compassionate End-of-Life Support for Every Community
Companioning the end-of-life journey through community, compassion, and legacy.
A PAUSE Initiative working to expand access to end-of-life care while closing the racial grief gap.
DouLOVE is a community-centered initiative that supports individuals, families, caregivers, and end-of-life practitioners navigating the journey of death, grief, and legacy.

We provide:
• guidance for families seeking end-of-life doulas
• resources for caregivers and communities, including advocacy
• programs that explore legacy, grief, and remembrance
• spaces for practitioners to pause, reflect, and heal from the emotional weight of their work

What DouLOVE Is
DouLOVE is a community-centered initiative designed to support the many people touched by the end-of-life journey.

We connect families with compassionate doulas while also creating spaces for caregivers, practitioners, and communities to pause, reflect, and grow.
Through education, advocacy, and legacy work, DouLOVE seeks to expand access to meaningful end-of-life care for all communities.
Three Pathways
Find Support
If you or someone you love is navigating the end-of-life journey, DouLOVE can help connect you with compassionate doulas and resources.

• Find a Doula
• Understand End-of-Life Support
• Explore Care Planning
Community & Caregiver Space
Caring for the dying can be deeply meaningful—but it can also be heavy.

DouLOVE creates space for caregivers, doulas, and practitioners to pause, connect, and process the emotional impact of their work.

A place for:
• Reflection
• Shared experiences
• Healing Conversations
• Practitioner Support
Legacy & Remembrance Initiatives
Legacy work helps individuals and families preserve memories, stories, and meaning.

Through programs like:
• Leaving a Legacy Series
• Stepping Stones
• BlueGrace
• Remembrance Projects

DouLOVE supports the creation of meaningful legacies that continue beyond a lifetime.
DouLOVE is not just a service.
It is a space.

A space for:
• support
• empowerment
• education
• healing
• advocacy
• connection

It serves both families and those who care for them.

Closing the Racial Grief Gap
The DouLOVE Initiative was created to address inequities in access to end-of-life support and grief resources.
Many communities experience systemic barriers to compassionate death care.
DouLOVE works to change that by:
• expanding access to doulas
• diversifying grief education
• supporting underserved communities
• advocating for equity in death and dying
Death is universal.

Access to care should be too.

For Doulas and Practitioners
DouLOVE is building a community of compassionate professionals committed to supporting families and advocating for equitable end-of-life care.

We welcome:

• caregivers
• hospice professionals
• grief practitioners

• community healers

Join a network committed to compassion, reflection, and community impact.
