DOU-Love: A PAUSE MOMENT

PAUSE embraces Life from the inevitable.   Together we will find ways to befriend our emotion. This focus group is designed to explore grief, trauma, loss, it's effect on life, reality in the term, "Acceptance", and how to fortifeit for the inevitable and the next chapter of Life. 

PAUSE looks beyond just the appreciation fragility of life. We strive to embrace the responsibility and depths of living in PURPOSE: Alignment within self yeilds the ability to outstretch our arms to help OTHERS for generations to come. 

The DOU-LOVE Initiative has offerings designed to meet you where you are: We all come into this Moment with different perspectives, experience, faith and levels of understanding but also different stages of mental contentment.
