DOU-Love: A PAUSE MOMENT

PAUSE embraces Life from the inevitable.   Together we will find ways to befriend our emotion. This focus group is designed to explore grief, trauma, loss, it's effect on life, reality in the term, "Acceptance", and how to fortifeit for the inevitable and the next chapter of Life. 

PAUSE looks beyond just the appreciation fragility of life. We strive to embrace the responsibility and depths of living in PURPOSE: Alignment within self yeilds the ability to outstretch our arms to help OTHERS for generations to come. 

The DOU-LOVE Initiative has offerings designed to meet you where you are: We all come into this Moment with different perspectives, experience, faith and levels of understanding but also different stages of mental contentment. This Moment recognizes that sensitive reality thus we strive to create a supportive, open and mature space for you to express your thoughts fealing and emotions with NO judgement. Individuals entering this Moment are looking to:

 1. befriend your emotions after a loss, 2. work to embrace the inevitable for your personal and spiritual development,  3. need support for themselves & their family as they turn the page into the next chapter after a loss or traumatic experience, or 

4. find themselves in that stage of life that is calling on them to get their affairs in order: planning for the end of life but also solidifying their Legacy.

Dou-Love recognizes this initiative as the first opportunity to continue the discuss & advocate for universal access to End-of-Life care and what roles we can fill while working in these racist and biased systems in the United States. 

Remember: This is the start of a difficult mental journey that requires your Grace, Will, Transparency, Commitment, Patience, and Faith.
