GRATITUDE

Staying in Touch

It’s hard at times for the dying person and family to keep in touch with gratitude when they are facing all the losses that severe illness and death bring to them. Not to mention all the secondary losses decline entails, and the emotional and physical exhaustion people experience.

Gratitude softens the heart, fills us with love, and brings better balance into a difficult time in our lives. Recent studies show that gratitude improves the brain chemistry and makes us more resilient.
