Why PAUSE Exists


PAUSE was created at the crossroads of grief, legacy, wellness, faith, and real life. It is born from lived experience in spaces where life begins and ends, where it fractures and reforms. The founder’s roles as a funeral director, grief educator, woman of faith, mother, wife, daughter, sister, and MS Warrior provide a unique perspective on how grief quietly shapes many aspects of life.


Grief is often misunderstood as only related to death. In reality, it touches:
